Evolve is about 2½ miles from the centre of Torquay; it is well served with road links into town, as well as other parts of Torbay and beyond.

Torquay's resurgence as a quality resort has been gathering momentum over the past few years, and the attributes that make it so sought after for tourists are equally desirable for those who are fortunate enough to live here.

Regarded as the jewel in the crown of the English Riviera, Torquay offers a wide range of high street shops, harbour-side cafés and an exciting nightlife.
