Evolve is about 2˝ miles from the centre of Torquay; it is well served with road links into town, as well as other parts of Torbay and beyond.
Torquay's resurgence as a quality resort has been gathering momentum over the past few years, and the attributes that make it so sought after for tourists are equally desirable for those who are fortunate enough to live here.
Regarded as the jewel in the crown of the English Riviera, Torquay offers a wide range of high street shops, harbour-side cafés and an exciting nightlife. The town is surrounded by some of the most beautiful countryside Britain has to offer. Numerous sandy beaches and coves are all within easy reach and, just 15 miles away, Dartmoor National Park offers peace, tranquillity and a magical atmosphere quite unlike anywhere else.
The town has a wide range of education facilities on offer with exclusive private and public schools, the nationally acclaimed Torquay Boys and Girls Grammar Schools, and a large number of state schools.
The city of Exeter, with its university and cathedral, is around 20 miles away and numerous historical towns such as Dartmouth and Totnes are also close by. Further afield, Plymouth is only 45 minutes away.
Palm trees, a large Victorian pier, landscaped gardens and a bustling harbour, Torquay certainly has a charm all of its own.
